I cannot thank the ladies at Kokoa Bride enough. They got the dress I wanted ready in under a week (luckily it fit from the rail!). They were so completely understanding of my difficult situation and made sure everything I needed to be done was completed on time and with no stress. My wedding was a year and half ago so they might not remember me; but I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. They made sure I got to be an excited bride like everybody else despite my wedding being sadly urgent. Thank you so very much; I wish every bride could be catered to by you as you made my dress choosing experience perfect.

From the minute I entered the doors at Kokoa Bride, I knew this would be the the place I would find my dream dress. The staff were fantastic and made me feel so comfortable, from my first appointment right the way through till the moment I was married. I only had 5 months to find my dress due to pregnancy however Jacinta and team were more than accommodating in ensuring the dress I chose would come in on time, right down to ensuring the alterations could be done last minute. My dress was due to come in a week before my wedding, however I was delighted when Jacinta phoned me 3 weeks earlier to say it had arrived. From then on she didn't mess around and made an appointment for me a few days later to try my dress on then made further appointments for alterations etc until the dress was perfect.

On the day of my wedding Jacinta bought my dress to my venue along with my shoes and not only helped me get dressed but went above and beyond in ensuring all my flower girls were perfect, fixing their bows etc and bridesmaids too. Jacinta stayed with me until minutes before I walked down the aisle ensuring my dress was perfect in every way! Thank you for helping make my day truly amazing.

When Amy spotted her dream dress in a brides magazine it was not stocked anywhere in Cumbria (so we did try some others) or the North East. So off we went to Lancashire, tried on a few dresses but that one was still the one!

Next reality check we had missed a designer weekend held by Kokoa, yes that designer! Spoke to Tracey & Jacinta they could not have been more helpful did they stock it - No could they get it - they would try, did they get it - YES they did!

In fact they had quite a few ready to try but it was always "that one", measured, ordered, wait.

Arghhh Storm damned Desmond, lovely shop flooded but these guys were upwards & onwards in the face of adversity.

In no way did this disrupt the professional way we were treated. Not only did they secure the dress of Amy's dreams we then found the most amazing bridesmaid dresses.

Every visit was like visiting friends never made to feel uncomfortable only totally at home. The advice we received was so helpful and certainly appreciated. Result - lovely day with so many compliments on every aspect.

I can not thank Jacinta enough for helping me to find my perfect dress. Nothing was too much trouble, from taking my baby with me to my very first appointment, to Jacinta becoming the tooth fairy for my 5 year old! I had so many lovely comments on the big day about my dress I felt like a princess (and not a lacy marshmallow!!) I've had the most wonderful experience at KoKoa Bride today. From the moment we walked into the showroom until we left. Jacinta was wonderful and knew exactly what would compliment my figure. The first gown I tried looked fabulous on me and it was the gown we decided on because "That was THE dress".
